QUALIFICATIONS

Have a personal commitment to Jesus Christ & be water baptized.
Call Reverb Church your home church and be fully planted.
In agreement with the mission, vision, culture/core values, and leadership of Reverb Church.
Have completed Growth Track or be on schedule to do so.* (*Those grandfathered from 'Fast Forward' are exempt.)
Demonstrate a hunger to grow, a willingness to serve and have a teachable spirit.
Be committed to faithfully tithing 10% to the house of God.

EXPECTATIONS

Have a servant's heart | Serve in at least one other team at Reverb Church

The Transform Team is expected to serve in at least one area outside of the Transform ministry once a month.

Be accountable | Do this by being transparent

The Transform Team is expected to be accountable to ongoing discipleship where transparency is cultivated.

Develop your skills | Attend meetings, leadership nights, pre- & post-huddles

The Transform Team is expected to be present at all meetings, leadership nights and pre- & post-huddles. They are designed to equip, train, build, and grow our team. Bi-weekly Connection Calls are STRONGLY encouraged.

Be present | Regularly attend Transform, Reverb Church services & 252 events

The Transform Team is expected to have a consistent weekly church attendance, lean in & take notes.

The Transform Team is expected to be a part of the life of the church. Be known, approachable, friendly, etc. Whatever the event is, be a familiar face that carries the culture of faith, hope and love.

Keep Growing | Spiritually, Relationally, Physically & Financially

We don't expect perfection, but we do expect a culture of true discipleship that leads to progress in our walk with God: spiritually, relationally, physically and financially.

Leading Up | Notify your up-lead of any absence/tardiness

The Transform Team is expected to notify their up-lead, Seth Magnani, of any absence or tardiness in advance.

CONDUCT

Not actively engaged in a "lifestyle" of sin and maintains an accountability partner. (i.e. getting drunk, using drugs, bullying, gambling, pride, lying, gossip, stealing, rebelling, and sexual immorality such as fornication, adultery, pedophilia, homosexuality, pornography, etc.)
Social Media is positive and appropriate. Account must be positive, encouraging, respectful and handled in an appropriate manner. No speaking negatively about ANY Church, pastor, leader, government official, president, country, etc. No cursing/trolling/social media debating/inappropriate images/videos. No following/sharing inappropriate content including drinking, clubbing, immodest pictures/poses, etc.
Transform Dress Code - BE SHARP! Oftentimes casual. Sometimes professional. But always sharp. NO GYM ATTIRE OR SANDALS PLEASE. Shorts are acceptable if they are something you would wear out to a restaurant while on vacation, for example. We are all leaders and the way we present ourselves should reflect that.
