- Exercise 4 times per week for 45 minutes. Track workouts in fitness app. Start with current fitness level and gradually increase. Improve overall health and energy. Complete by end of semester.
- Have weekly date night with spouse. Schedule every Friday at 7 PM. Commit to no phone distractions. Deepen our marriage relationship. Start this week and maintain throughout semester.
